Megan - Part Trios12/26/2018 Megan is a top model from South Jersey / Philadelphia area. We have shot twice before in 2015 and 2016 so it was great to work with her again. I really enjoyed having her in front of my camera again. In addition to getting some great photos we also did a behind the scenes/lighting tutorial video. Special thanks to my niece Brooke for shooting the video for us and to Megan's Mom for helping out on the shoot. See more of Megan on Instagram: @megan_nicole_nj "Life Under A Bridge"10/15/2017 Had a great day of shooting today under the Williamsburg Bridge in New York City with the uber-talented dancer and model Cara Burke. I enjoy experimenting with perspective and leading lines, while also capturing movement in my subject. I also love the contrast of the human form and the architectural form in these photos. Cara is an awesome talent and wonderful to work with. Follow her on Instagram! (Right click an image below to view in a new tab on your browser.) Dagmara - Risking being risqué...10/2/2017 Had a great photo shoot with Dagmara recently. Dagmara is an up & coming model based in Northern New Jersey. She is beautiful and talented and a joy to work with. Highly recommended! I recently completed a promotional video for the "Colorific" 2017 Juried Fine Art Photography Exhibition sponsored by the New Jersey Photography Forum. "Colorific" 2017 celebrates all things color in photography and photo-based art. The Show runs from Sept. 19 - Nov. 7, 2017, at the MAYO Performing Arts Center in Morristown, NJ. It features 36 pieces from 22 photographers, including three of my own photo-based abstract designs. The New Jersey Photography Forum is a non-profit group dedicated to advancing fine art photography in NJ. The Forum is open to photographers of all skill levels and anyone is welcome to attend its monthly meetings at the Visual Arts Center in Summit, NJ. Visit the NJ Photo Forum website for more information. In the meantime, enjoy the video and let me know if I can help out with professional video production services for your business. Cat - Savoring Spring5/4/2017 Like many folks I was anxiously awaiting Spring's arrival this year. One of the great things about living in New Jersey are the beautiful cherry blossoms on the local trees. I took advantage of the weather and gorgeous foliage by heading out with Cat Lopez for a shoot. (Working with beautiful models like Cat is another great thing about living in New Jersey.) Cat is a professional model and is available for hire for your next project. See more of Cat's photos on her Instagram page. As a full time photographer I have really come to appreciate the support I get from other photographers. A group of photographers that have been very supportive of me is the New Jersey Photography Forum. Founded in 1995 by Nancy Ori, the group's mission is to promote and foster fine art photography in New Jersey by advancing the skills of its members. Nancy is a former student of Ansel Adams and sets a very professional, yet friendly tone for the group. This month the NJ Photography Forum is celebrating 22 years with its Annual Juried Photography Exhibit at the Watching Arts Center in Watchung, NJ. Many of my friends from the group have pieces in the Exhibit and I had a chance to work with Nancy in putting together this video to promote the show. A true professional, it was a lot of fun working with her. You can watch the 8 minute video below. The New Jersey Photography Forum is open to photographers of all skill levels. Anyone is welcome to attend its monthly meetings at the Visual Arts Center in Summit, NJ. Please check http://www.njphotoforum.com/ for details. Also if you are in the Watchung, NJ area, please stop by the Arts Center and check out the show. Call ahead for exhibition hours (908) 753-0190. Please contact me if I can help out with professional video production services for your business. Had a great photo and video shoot with Megan last month along the gorgeous Jersey Shore. Special thanks to Debbie Bayna for arranging the shoot and Rajeev Kushwah for his photo and video assistance. Megan is not only beautiful but very professional. It was very cold that day but she didn't complain once. She's a real pleasure to work with. Check out Megan's swimsuit video reel which I directed! In addition to headshots and portraits, I am also a fine art photographer. I have a large collection of landscape, cityscape, seascape and still life images that I exhibit around the New York/New Jersey area. I am currently one of 15 photographers invited to show my work as part of the New Jersey Photography Forum's 2016 Invitational Exhibition at the County College of Morris in Randolph, NJ. In addition to photography, I also have extensive experience in the area of video production. So I was happy to volunteer my time to produce a five minute video highlighting the Show. Please get in touch if I can help your business or organization with professional video production. I recently spoke at the Princeton Photography Club on my transition from being an attorney to being a photographer. As a portrait and headshot photographer, I photograph a lot of professionals, including lawyers. I find I have an instant rapport with most of them since I understand their lives. This sets me apart from most other headshot photographers. It helps my subjects feel at ease and generally makes our time together more enjoyable.
